How do I become a surrogate?

The application and evaluation processes are extensive to ensure the safest, healthiest possible pregnancy and a good match between a surrogate mother and intended parent(s). The first step in the surrogacy journey is to fill out a surrogate mother application. This application will ask personal questions about your lifestyle, medical history, and previous pregnancies. You must meet the following requirements for your application to be accepted:
- Your age is between 21 and 37 years old
- Your BMI is under 30
- You have given birth and are raising your child
- You are a US citizen or permanent resident
- It is preferred that you live in the state of California (but not required).
